I brought my daughter’s car in because I was worried about the brakes. They quickly fit me in their already full schedule and checked the car out. They let me know the brakes were fine and then did not charge me for their service. Top notch customer service!
You will NOT find a better place! Marion Tire has the absolute best customer service around! I called in a panic regarding my car's blinking engine light and they had me bring it right in and drop it off, then they gave me a ride home. They called and the issue seems to be more complex so they coordinated with a company that provides more extensive and complex work AND they even drove my car over to that company for me same day. WOW! I called and asked how much I owed for them to take a look and they said "nothing"! I'm at a loss for words. I have never had such wonderful and genuine customer service from an auto place. Call Marion Tire and if you have to make an appointment, trust me its worth the wait! Thank you Marion Tire for caring so much about your customers!
I was very impressed with the whole crew. Very friendly, efficient and I feel I got a great deal on new tires. I would definitely encourage everyone to make an appointment!!
Kevin and the guys were very nice in helping our son that goes to college get some new tires on his car. In the process they found a broken ball joint and fixed that too. We will definitely be back for service again. Thanks guys!
